Patrick Pitrone, Associate Broker “Team Leader”
Pat’s been a licensed Associate Broker for 15 years spending most of that time with RE/MAX. In Addition he’s been licensed home improvement contractor for 18 years, and although he doesn’t do much in the way of home building now days, his past experience with the trade, continued interest in innovative changes to construction techniques, code changes and “green building,” enables him to better communicate with new home contractors and end-users. Pat’s career in real estate started with the simple intent to help perpetuate his families building business, and has evolved into a diverse mixture of exiting home, new home, investment property and land sales...occasionally dabbling in land development. Pat and his wonderful wife Amy have lived in the Westminster area for many years and participate in may fun activities together and a part.
Cliff Dull, Associate Broker “Licensed Assistant”
Cliff has been selling real estate for over 40 years on Carroll County and the surrounding areas. He has won many local and regional production awards, and continues to amaze many that his interest in real estate, particularly the “helping-people” aspect, has not waned. His diverse experiences over the span of his career, and in-depth understanding of many aspects of real estate, has helped many consumers and rookie realtors alike. Cliff and his wonderful wife Jerri have two grown children, three grand children, one great grand child and have lived in Carroll County area for many years.
Amy Pitrone & Jerri Dull, Unlicensed “Indispensable” Assistants
Although Amy and Jerri would both say that their role in their husband’s businesses over the years is handling much of the mundane tasks like quality control, follow-up and record keeping, they are in fact the backbone of our businesses. Their attention to details, consistency and constant support, has helped both Pat and Cliff’s individual businesses grow over the years.
