Although the basic concepts of buying and selling real estate will never change, the manner by which we perform our job is in a constant state of flux. To be successful in this business, real estate agents need to adapt to what consumers want. Flexibility is important; that’s the underlying concept of my program.
 

*Flexible Commission
It’s very simple, my commission is based solely on the length of time your property is on the market, and how involved you want to be in the sale. My commission rate is never higher than 5%.
 

Flexibility with advanced fees
You will not pay any advanced fees. The only charges are the real estate commission, and the broker required administrative fee.
 

*Flexible Term of Listing Contract
Some agents require a 6 month to 1 year on the listing contract with no ability to cancel. I require a much shorter listing term.
 

Flexibility of Canceling Listing Contract
Once again, there are many agents that require 30 days notice to cancel a listing contract, and some that charge a penalty in the event the full listing term is not satisfied. You, and I, reserve the right to cancel the listing at any time with 24 hours notification to the other party.
